God gave the land, which was HIS to give. So HE gave it to {Jacob } ISRAEL; and that is All that needs to be said.

What God gave returns NEW

God has allowed throughout history, other nations to afflict Israel, to purify, to judge....enemies have been ALLOWED to take away, capture, destroy. In His book, we are told He stirs up the enemies. And aren't the enemies proud to this day! Restoration will come. There never was a Palestine, and it will disappear, as will all those areas that have abused and taken from Israel. Not liking this, denying the facts is useless.

God Gave the Land

"In the Beginning, God created heaven and earth" including Israel. Gen 1:1

"Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy county, and from thy kindred,and thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing." Gen 12:1

"And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where tho art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and and to thy seed for ever." Gen. 13:14,15

God created Israel and blessed Abraham's seed so that His gift of mercy to the world through His Holy Son Jesus maybe fulfilled.
