From the Throne of God

Many have been the times when contemplating the Throne of God that the identity of the "four and twenty elders" becomes a source of profound interest. Since they are of the family of God, they are even now ageless.

Could it be there are 24 Priests of the order of Melchizedek? Whoever they are, they are no light weights.
